Karen came to see my son yesterday and he had his first ever hypnotherapy session...my son has/had severe aggraphobia and hasn't been out of our home in almost 10 years.....within an hour of Karen leaving,my son stepped out into the garden and this morning he walked round to the shops with me....he had no panic attack or anxiety...i am one very happy mother and my son and i can't thank Karen enough....

Hi Karen...just wanted to update you on my progress since my last session. After a few years of struggling to leave the house even to make it to my local shop..... What an amazing first session - I was desperate and sceptical and not at all sure what to expect - Karen was just incredible - put me at ease - and although my reactions were unusual Karen assured me they were not abnormal - I honestly feel like we'd achieved something - time will tell of course - but I'm confident - I felt completely drained after the session but extremely good!!!
